A Speakers’ Preview Room is provided for all speakers. The room is situated on the ground floor on the left-hand side just after you enter the Auditorium della Tecnica.

The following facilities will be provided in the room:
- computers (operating system Windows) to review, alter and upload your presentation to the server
- support by technical staff will be available
The conference staff will transfer the presentation from the Speakers’ Preview Room to the corresponding session rooms. The presentations should be handed in to the Speakers’ Preview Room at least two hours before the session. Speakers with a presentation during the first time slot of the morning are kindly asked to hand in their presentation the day before. All speakers will be able to find their presentations easily on the preview monitor on the lectern in the corresponding session room.
