You may find in the congress programme in which stream your presentation will take place. Additionally, you will have received a session briefing by email. The congress programme is available on the congress website at https://worldmelanoma2021.com/programme/programme-download/.

  1. You need to include your conflict of interest disclosure as the first slide.
  2. Please avoid too much data per slide. Especially in virtual events, detailed and over-elaborate slides are often difficult to read and hard to follow.

Almost everything will be pre-recorded; the only exceptions are the introductions and discussions in Live Stream 1, Live Stream 2, and the lectures in session SY35.

So most likely you will need to pre-record your lecture/introduction/summary. The pre-recordings are handled by our media partner Encore. If you have any questions or problems regarding the pre-recording you can contact the Encore team at speaker-wcm@encoreglobal.com.

If you have more than one lecture, all of your lectures will be recorded on your selected date.

Only the introduction to this session will be live. If you are responsible for giving an introduction, you will receive a dial-in link to connect to the session. Afterwards you can log out directly, as there will be no final discussion.

The pre-recorded summary is intended to provide a brief summary of the main points of the presentations and to identify open questions.

The speakers of the session will provide you with their presentations for the summary of the session. As soon as a presentation has been uploaded by a speaker, we will forward it to you for the summary. All presentations should have been sent to you by March 29 at the latest.

The pre-recoding of the discussions will take place from March 29 to April 9. Please register the pre-recording date of your summary here by March 26 at the very latest.

You will receive an outlook invitation with a dial-in link for your session from our media partner Encore (Matthias.Ratz@Encoreglobal.com). Your dial-in link will be active 30 minutes before the start of the live session.

Thirty minutes before you will be appearing live, you can dial in and we will check your connection and make sure everything is fine. You will then have the opportunity to talk to your colleagues as well.

If you want to visit the virtual congress as an attendee you do not need to register for the congress. You will receive your log-in data to the virtual platform and to the on-demand area by email automatically from us.

You will receive two emails from us. The first one is from our registration system and contains information on how to finalise your personal account on the virtual platform. The second email, from the platform itself, will provide you with a link to activate your account and set your password. Without activating your account with the mentioned link, you won’t be able to access the platform.

Please note that the meeting platform cannot be accessed with Internet Explorer. We recommend that you use the browsers Mozilla, Chrome or Microsoft Edge.

Each session will be available within the password protected on-demand platform 24 hours after the session was running in the virtual platform. This area is only available to registered delegates.

On-demand service will be available until October 31, 2021. The content can be accessed online at https://worldmelanoma2021.com/downloads/.If you do not agree to your presentation being made available as a video file in the on-demand area during this period, please contact us by email by April 1, 2021 at congress@worldmelanoma2021.com. In case of an objection, we kindly ask you to email us a pdf file of your presentation for the on-demand area.

We also ask you to please comply with the requirements of data protection and copyright law for your presentation and the slides. The responsibility for ensuring this remains solely with the speaker.
